Founded by Marvin Thomas, a Philadelphia native of Jamaican descent, Range Models, a modern mother agency, proudly celebrates its sixth year in the industry. Their mission is to discover, develop, and champion talent with individuality, creativity, and vision.

At Range Models, we believe that every face tells a story worth sharing. From local castings in New York to international placements, our mission is to empower diverse voices and create opportunities that break barriers. Inclusivity is at the core of everything we do — we celebrate models of all identities, guiding them to thrive in an ever-evolving fashion landscape.

As a boutique mother agency, we prioritize personalized development over one-size-fits-all management. Each model receives hands-on support, career strategy, and mentorship designed to bring out their unique strengths. With a network of industry connections and a keen eye for emerging talent, Range Models transforms raw potential into artistry while opening doors to global opportunities.

What sets us apart is our commitment to being more than just an agency. We are a creative partner, mentor, and advocate for our models — fostering careers that are not only successful but also sustainable and empowering.

Whether you’re an aspiring model ready to take your first step or a client seeking fresh, diverse talent, Range Models is here to connect passion with opportunity and vision with possibility.

Bold looks. Real voices. Global vision. Welcome to Range Models.
